Central Coast Community HealthPathways: Making Referrals Easier Than Ever
In partnership with the Central Coast GP Collaboration panel and respiratory services at the Central Coast Local Health District, we’ve developed brand-new referral pages tailored for GPs. These pages are designed to simplify the process of referring patients to public specialist services. Check out the first two releases:
